About Me

Hi, I’m Aadishree. I believe that the stories we carry shape how we see ourselves and the world. Sometimes, with support, we can gently rewrite those stories to make them feel truer, kinder, and more empowering.

To me, therapy is about creating a space where you can be fully human. It’s a place where every part of you is welcome, especially those parts you've been told are “too much” or “not enough.”

I am committed to making therapy warm, inclusive, and accessible, especially for those who have felt overlooked or unheard in other settings.

Approach

In my work, I draw primarily from Narrative Practices, while also integrating elements from other approaches depending on what feels most helpful.

More than relying on any one technique, I focus on building a collaborative relationship where we can figure things out together. I don’t believe there is one “right” way to heal. Each person brings their own strengths, wisdom, and lived experience.

My job is to walk with you. I want to be curious alongside you and create a safe space to explore what healing and growth can look like for you, on your terms.

Expertise & Values

Experience
Population I have worked with

Over the course of my practice, I have conducted more than 1000 hours of therapy sessions. I engage in regular supervision as part of my commitment to offering thoughtful, ethical, and supportive care. I also believe deeply in the importance of self-reflection within this work, and continue my own therapeutic journey alongside my practice.

I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences, including neurodivergence, systemic and social challenges, transitions and life changes, LGBTQIA+ experiences, trauma, violence, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, self-exploration, and racing or persistent thoughts.

My practice is grounded in an intersectional approach, where care is taken to acknowledge and respect the many identities, experiences, and contexts that shape each person’s life. I see therapy as a collaborative space where your experiences are met with curiosity, care, and respect.

Why I Do This Work
Books And Notebook

I believe deeply in people’s capacity to make meaning, to heal, and to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel authentic and sustaining.

My hope is that through our work together, you feel more grounded in who you are, more connected to what matters to you, and more supported as you find your own path forward.

What else am I passionate about beyond therapy?

Apart from therapy, I spend the most of my time in kitchen. I love making my own syrups, sauces, marinades and so on. I love learning about various cuisines that are available out there.

Stacked Hardcover Books
What’s a small joy that makes my day better?

Reading. I love reading! It brings me soo much of joy. I usually read fiction to relax and unwind. I do have tendancy to find a topic and go down the rabbit hole to know more about the topic.

Where is my favorite place to recharge?

I love sitting on a beach, looking at the waves and drinking coconut water. I also like forests and clear sky. I often venture out, seeking dark and clear skies, so I can watch stars.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me exploring some of these other parts of my world.
