Defining Narrative Therapy
Narrative Practices are built on the belief that we make meaning of life through the stories we tell—about who we are, where we have been, and what we can achieve. Sometimes, these narratives can feel restrictive, especially when shaped by hardship or moments where we felt misunderstood. In my practice, I create a space for you to explore these stories, helping you question old patterns and uncover more compassionate, empowering ways of seeing yourself and your future.
My Therapy Sessions
I offer a quiet and supportive space for adults and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. A space where you can speak openly, be heard without judgment, and take your time with what you’re carrying.

Through a narrative approach, we work together to make sense of difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while also paying attention to your strengths, values, and the ways you’ve already been trying to cope. The hope is not to “fix” you, but to create space for clarity, steadiness, and a way of relating to yourself that feels more compassionate and grounding.

I currently offer one-on-one online psychotherapy sessions in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
1. Connecting
I begin with a free 15-minute initial call. This is a space for us to see how I might support you and for you to ask me any questions you have.
What to Expect
2. Uncovering
In our first full session, I begin to discover the stories you carry. It is a slow, supportive process where I try to understand your journey and your hopes.
3. Progress
Our work settles into a regular rhythm that feels safe for you. I help you untangle limiting narratives to make room for healing and clarity at your own pace.
